New season and BfA dungeons

**The season concluded and rewards have been sent, onto the next one!** "Freehold" and "Underrot" BfA dungeons are now available as a Mythic Plus keystone dungeon. New season Dungeon pool now consists of: The Everbloom, Freehold, Court of Stars, Black Rook Hold, Neltharion's Lair, Underrot, Seat of the Triumvirate, Cathedral of Eternal Night, Maw of Souls, Darkheart Thicket. [Tyrannically Fortified] affix: Bosses and their minions can now deal up to 1000% increased damage cap depending on the keystone level.
